The Level 5 System
The Level 5 system is about creating the right program for YOU. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, we divide our clients into 5 levels based on what you need most. Every phase includes:
Movement:Our exercise programs are developed by experts in biomechanics & postural alignment, physique training, sports performance, and toning regimens and completely optimized to your body and goals.
Nutrition: We customize your nutrition based upon 3 important considerations: your lifestyle, your genetic background, and your goals. Your plan will be based on the newest science, but also simple and realistic to follow, and we are ALWAYS there to provide support and guidance.
Lifestyle: Whether it’s helping you reduce stress, finding more time to exercise, or working on other healthy habits, we are here to help you achieve peace, energy, and balance.
Connection: The biggest roadblocks to success are often internal, and we will help you overcome them. Our approach centers on getting to know and understand you personally, while encouraging our entire staff and clientele to support each other as a TEAM.
What To Expect
Whether you’re here for 1:1 or Group training, it’s our job to help you pick the coach who’s right for you (not just their knowledge and skill-set, but also someone you connect with and feel inspired by). Your coach will be there every step of the way to empower you to succeed!
- Exercise with a small group of 5-15 clients at once.
- Perfect if you’re energized by being on a team that’s working towards a shared goal.
- Divided into 5 types of workouts to align with the 5 levels, and your coach will help you select which is right for you.
ONE : ONE
- A fully personalized 1:1 experience where we are dedicated to YOU.
- Ideal if you prefer a deeper and more personal connection or have serious goals/challenges that need extra attention (injury, short timeline, etc.)
- Programs have greater customization.
Personalized Level 5 Program
Your coach will develop a customized program depending on which of the 5 levels is right for you. We base this on your goals, lifestyle, likes & dislikes, roadblocks, injuries/limitations, and biomechanics, and your routine is fully accessible from your phone/computer.
Train at Home or in the Studio
Come in to the mothership and train at the frequency that is right for you, and we’ll also make sure you’re comfortable and confident with your routine to do it on your own!
We check-in several times a week in-between sessions (usually just a quick text or email), to help you stay motivated and on-track with your nutrition, stress management, and workout consistency. Yes we even do this for our group clients 🙂
Your coach will follow-up and make adjustments- from adding a couple of extra repetitions, to swapping out an exercise that bugs your back, to dialing down a little more with your macronutrients.
Get Results & Repeat
We will take time on a monthly basis to look at your progress towards your goal, and help you identify what did & didn’t work. Every month we’ll reevaluate your plan, and implement progressions to ensure the results keep coming!
